bPreparing infrastructure

It must be neat and very clean the surface which should be applied by TARMALAT;

Otherwise you have to do this before applying TARMALAT. If the building is made of old materials, it must be considered following issues:

If a given surface includes oil or plastic paints, it definitely must be applied by appropriate primer. In the case of oil paints, the best choice for primer is a white coating. Which is applied uniformly (in the case of plastic ones, it requires more attention). Wall papers, Rolex and etc., if there is any, should be removed before applying.

In the case of metals presence in the bed, it must be covered by oil paints before applying.

Deep cracks must be filled by plaster before applying.

The position must be dry.

In the case of color shifting resulted by moisture, applying the primer is necessary.

Preparing the bed could be done by using oil paints or epoxy solutions.

In the case of mould, primarily it needs to be fixed by using anti-mould solutions and then prepared the bed aforementioned procedures.

Caution: the bed must be uniformed; if it is not, then prepare it using aforementioned procedures.

After applying primer, it must be considered the time required to dry (about 24 h).

Among advantages of these materials is its neat and tidy application.

Removing these materials is not an easy process, but using hot water or steam could help them to be softened which then it will be easy to remove them by utilizing trowel or cutter.

The final strength is achieved in one week after application.

These materials are pintables, but regarding their type the painted surface has not fascinating effect.

In order to apply, these materials need to be pasty, but primarily it must be firmly kneaded.

These materials are applied by using specific plastic plasterers.

Read carefully the kneading and preparing instruction prescribed in brochure.

In order to achieve a nice and attractive effect, the applied TARMALAT needs to be finished before complete drying when it is felt like sponge.

In order to achieve a uniformed surface, apply TARMALAT using specific trowel. If some part of paste became dry, use a little water to back pasty quality.

Caution: MALAT is usable up to 48 hours after preparation, but we recommend using it in a whole single step process.

Caution: applied MALAT thickness is 2 – 3 mm which is reduced to 1.5 – 2 mm after drying.

In the case of inappropriate procedure and for fading the shade lines away 10 – 20 cm between the 2 lines must be wet and then rest of the operation can be performed.

For contacting the new and earlier product, you can use a trowel.
